A Change of View

Six honking geese flew by me,

changing the direction I was looking to see.

Opening my eyes to another view,

knowing now what I have to do.

Weighing my options very well,

don’t let one line of vision be the story to tell.

A glimpse at all choices lets me know,

the many different destinations I may go.

Opening my eyes to look all around,

makes decisions more profound.

One way vision narrows the view.

It changes the perception of everything I do.

I turn my head all around,

Searching for answers that aren’t easily found.

Whatever conclusions I finally reach,

are the lessons for me, life needs to teach.
